"Great . Much attention paid to the Taste of the food, not just how it looks...they have a really great Curry,...must be someone's private recipe since it's different than other rest's...I particularly like their Shrimp Dumplings since they are not just a shrimp wrapped in a dumpling skin...they actually seem to mash the shrimp w a bit o' garlic, scallion, ginger, et. cet., and make it taste GOOD. I only hope they start selling the Congee "joh", rice porridge that the employees eat, to the general public, as this stuff is outrageous and not available here anywhere on Staten Isaland as it is in ChinaTown NYC..."
