The photos last night made me hungry, especially the BOK CHOY w FRESH GARLIC, so ordered it and wow it was delicious. Taste was Fresh, sauce was garlicky which was great for mixing with rice. Pacific Kitchen is one of the better Chinese restaurants around Great Kills/Eltingville Area. The inside is also redone and now let you dine in with addition of tables and a new trendy design.

After initially not liking Pacific Kitchen, I gave them another try and have been consistently ordering from them for the last 4 months. I try to order something new each time. I loved their Sunny Chicken dish. Customer service has usually been good, and they are really fast with the orders. My only complaint is the fried rice is a little bland. It's better than it was when they first opened, but it's still just ok. They aren't perfect, but compared to some of the other Chinese places in the area, they are definitely worth trying.

This is a great restaurant in the Island! Their food is just great, as well as theirr customer service. Fast delivery and beautiful decorations all over! I've ordered from here since they opened a year ago!

Very disappointed in the service! We have ordered from here before but last night was our last time due to an extremely rude employee at the counter. Granted it was very busy (she told us that on the phone when we ordered) and they only had two cooks working, but we did not mind waiting once we arrived. The woman at the counter loudly complained that she could not answer the phone and tend to the deliveries at the counter at the same time, and practically threw the food at us. We found a coupon in the menu we had at home and when we presented it she yelled and actually threw it back at my husband saying it was not valid anymore (the coupon did not have an expiration date listed). To top it off, one of the dishes was not ready so the rest of our large order which was already packed up was cold when we returned home with our dinner (we live a couple of blocks away from Pacific Kitchen). Soup was like jelly, egg rolls cold, and dishes other than the last dish we waited for needed to be warmed up and not very good. All dishes come with white rice so if you want brown rice you need to purchase it separately, and when we asked for more condiments given the various dishes (fresh mustard, duck sauce) she again was very rude. We do not need to pay top price for food which was just "ok" and be verbally abused. Staff at the China Chalet (one block away on Amboy Road) treats customers with respect, they do not charge extra for brown rice given today's health-aware customers, and the entire order is temperature hot when presented. Good bye Pacific Kitchen!

Best chinese food on Staten Island. I love their food, especially their Chicken with Broccoli. The flavor is great and their service is excellent.

Ive been here so many times and i havent got one bad thing to say! Their food is just delicious and my children loves to eat their! The whole restaurant is decorated so nice compared to all the other chinese restaurants in Great Kills. Keep up the good work!

This is by far the best chinese food I have tried in Staten Island. I live in Great Kills and have always been disappointed by the other takeout restaurants I ordered from. This place seems to use a higher quality of ingredients then most other restaurants in its price range. I urge anyone who has given up on chinese food in the Great Kills area to try this place.
