The Legend: Our Grandfather’s Grandfather owned and operated a small bar with a kitchen on Pleasant Avenue in Harlen, NYC. When our Grandmother passed away years ago, while cleaning out her apartment we came across a book with our family pizza recipe. We held this recipe until we were able to purchase the proper ingredients. We use only the freshest ingredients with no preservatives or additives.
