Relax in the quiet charms of the New Dakota Diner, serving up fresh seafood, juicy steaks, and mouth watering cocktails. This island staple has been serving quality breakfast, lunch and dinner for over 30 years in the center of the North Shore. Open 7-2am Sunday - Thursday and 24 hours Friday and Saturday. There is something for everyone. Our buttermilk pancakes cannot be beaten!

Their food is reminiscent of school cafeteria food yet not priced as such. I question their cleanliness when I see floors that look as if they have not had a deep cleaning in over 10 years and chairs cover in gunk that stick to your hand when you pull them out so you can sit.

Like: The concept of a conveniently located diner

Dislike: Food, etc.

This is a great place, everything and anything that you get, is perfect and delicious. the staff are all awesome, never a disappointment.

This is a great diner and anyone I`ve had breakfast, lunch, or dinner with here tends to say the same thing. Everybody who works here gives great service whether the place is empty or packed. Unfortunately, I think they are only open 24 hours on the weekends and close at 2am weeknights.

Like: Everything

Dislike: No longer fully open 24/7
