Service was very quick, the owner was very friendly as was the hostess at the front counter. The food was excellent, the hot wings were just right, great flavor and just the right amount of kick but not over powering. the baked patoto was excellent.

Warm welcome by owner - friendly and talkative throughout the meal. BBQ sauce is spicy and delicious. Quality of food is excellent. Good portions too. Great place to eat and watch the game. Better food than your average bar and a lot cleaner.

Had dinner there tonight. Owner had freash tomato and cucumber from his garden. Serve the salad himself with fresh basil and oregeno from his garden, with a light dressing..very good and fresh.

I ordered the beef ribs and my wife had the baby backs. The beef ribs were very different. Had a reduction over the rib and topped with blue cheese. The baby backs were very tender and cooked well. Sause was home made. All in all we were very happy with our meal. I like the fact that the owneers were there and in the dining room all the time.

Owner bought us coffee. We shared a carrot cake that is to die for. The owner told us that all the desserts are homemade by his cousin...looked and tasted great.

We left happy campers..full and happy.

A friend from work said he was going to some new BBQ joint for lunch. Always up to test out a new source of goodness, I flipped him a $10 and said bring back something good. He returned shortly with a take-out order of ribs, not just ribs, big honkin meaty fall off the bone ribs. WOOHOO..perfectly juicy, tender, not too much or too little sauce.
Just a thought, lose the fries, slaw, and pickle on take outs(they were a warm soggy mess even thought I was only 10 minutes away) drop the price a buck, and watch the happy carnivores beat a path to your door. Best of luck

Everyone is just talking about the Ribz on here what about the double cut pork chop mashed and grilled asparagus or the barbecue shrimp with saffron rice and grilled asparagus or even the bob'z st. lous ribz with chef carls spicy sauce. Nobody also talks about the lunches which can be had with cup of soup and half a sandwich or just a salad, 2 chili cheese dogs or the pulled pork sandwich is just delicious. Overall it is a great stop I will be back and already come here about 2 times a week.

I can't get the Ribz Commercial out of my head for some reason the commercial was not anything fancy or special, but I just got there Slogan stuck in it "There that Good" Just those three words. Whatever anyways the Ribs are that good so enjoy them whenever you get a chance.

The melt in your mouth ribz with sauce in this Island ribs restaurant can make anybody go crazy that they would wake up and drive all the way to this place. Why did they ever relocate I do not understand till this day. What is this Brains ribz the recipe is not the same, I think brians ribs already closed down. Anyways I will be back for more whenever I get a chance to go out this way.

This is the only authentic barbecue place on Staten Island. They specialize in Ribz or Ribs whichever you prefer to call them. Yes the authentic recipe is something to rave about that is how delicious each and every bite is. You should try it but be prepared the price is a bit expensive.

Try the 18 0z Rib Eye Baked and Cream Spinach or the 16 oz shell steak also with Cream Spinach are both delicious and the best things on the menu. They also have a simple seafood entre which is the Grilled Swordfish 10 oz and it is topped with tomato and red onion, relish saffron rice and many other things. The barbecue shrimp with grilled asparagus is delicious. The coconut shrimp which is Chef Carl's special dipping sauce is only 8.95 and is a pretty decent size portion which you will enjoy with anybody.

The Ribz in this place are better then any Franchises such as T.G.I.F and Applebees, I am giving this restaurant 4 stars because it's a little bit too expensive to afford especially within this economy. I ordered take out from here for a small meal and somehow it came out to be close to 30$ for 2 people. Yes it's good, not good for Delivery or Take out but if you are coming inside to eat and planning on spending about 30$ a person then it's worth it. Anyways these will probably be one of the Best Barbeque Ribz that you will ever try. So it's worth the shot for sure.

Delicious Ribz! The most tastiest I have ever had in a very long time. I remember I was once in upstate camping and we stoped by a family restaurant, ordered ribz and these ribz remind me of those, the best.

The Best Ribz on the Island, Yes they are "That Good" you must try them to believe it, they litterly melt in your mouth. It may seem pricey at first, but soon after you recieve your order and take a few bites you realize what real quality food tastes like. Enjoy and I hope they stick around for a while.
